Warmth is an original abstract painting in acrylic on canvas board. Warmth is what this painting makes me feel with its range of red and yellow tones. Created at the beginning of January 2022 when everything seemed so drab and dreary it burst into life as a wonderful splash of colour. Whilst I suffer from very disobedient hands which have their own ideas about what they will and will not do, but they never quite beat me, it does though sometimes cause some unusual effects and definitely some less than straight lines.

Once the picture was finished and allowed to completely dry it was sealed with two coats of varnish, which provides a protective layer. Finally the painting was placed in an open frame. All the frames that I am using are made in the UK.
